UPS Multi Items (UPS Delivery) 1.1.5 Release Notes

UPS Multi Items (UPS Delivery) 1.1.5 contains critical updates. It is recommended that you upgrade to 1.1.5 as soon as possible. All earlier releases of the module will no longer function after June 3rd 2024 and are considered unsupported from that date, UPS are changing their API model.

UPS Delivery module now depends on PHP version 8.1, thus earlier PHP versions will not work.

Enhancements

1. Added support for OAUTH API key authentication
2. Removed the requirement for both a plugin and shipping module. the solution now only required the shipping module

Upgrade Instructions

1. Delete the UPSMultiItemdirectory from your stores modules/plugins/ directory (or via the admin area plugins list), it is no longer required or used.
2. Delete the UPS_Deliverydirectory from your stores modules/shipping/ directory and replace it with the 1.1.5 files found in the downloadable zip file for your PHP version. 
3. Follow the instructions below to setup the APP and obtain your API keys and update your shipping module configuration
   1. Register and login via the UPS Developer Portal
   2. Click on, Create an Application -> Add Apps
   3. Select "I want to integrate UPS technology into my business" then fill in your business details
   4. Callback URL should be your store, https://yourstore
   5. Products Included in this App should contain, Authorization (OAuth), Rating.
4. Validate your license key within the shipping module
