Order Fulfilment - Line Item Tracking

Order Fulfilment for CubeCart 6 adds a new way to manage your after sales process.

Within CubeCart you can only define the status of the overall order, where as with order fulfilment module you can track the status of the entire order at the line item level. You can choose to use the module as an admin only tool, or if you wish you can choose to have the module e-mail updates to your customers.

• Configure the module to be an admin only tool or to share information with your customers via email
• Fully supports the CubeCart language system
• Allows item by item tracking of the ordered goods
• Includes a package builder, allowing you to fully track exactly how goods have been sent
• Allows for the capture of line item or package notes which can be configured as internal facing only, or shared with your customers
• Adds new columns to the admin menu
• Adds a new order overview screen, allowing you to see a clearer overview of the order status
• Can suppress the sending of the CubeCart order complete email if the feature is enabled
• includes two stock shortage reports, one by order items and the other being a summary of all inventory required.
