1. Resolved a HTML formatting error within the plugin

1. Delete the /modules/plugins/multiLevel_shipping directory from your server and replace it with the 1.0.4 files found in the downloadable zip file.
    
2. Delete the /modules/shipping/Multi_Level_Shipping directory from your server and replace it with the 1.0.4 files found in the downloadable zip file.
