Ebay Orders 1.1.5 Release Notes
Ebay Orders 1.1.5 Release Notes
Ebay orders 1.1.5 contains minor bug fixes and enhancements. It is recommended that you upgrade to 1.1.5 as soon as possible.
Issues resolved in 1.1.5
- when using CubeCart 6 the admin menu link added by the plugin didn't work
Enhancements in 1.1.5
- The process to auto update order whilst navigating the admin area now runs a maximum of once per 30 minutes. Previously it ran a maxumum of once per 10 minutes. This does not effect the manual get order process.
- For larger volume Ebay sellers the get order process can take a considerable length of time. The main delay is caused by the auto update of the mappings which is a very intensive process. New controlls have been added to the plugin to configure how this works. There are 3 new options available.
a. Off
do not auto update the mappings. Mappings must be manually updated. Not recommended.
b. On (Update with every get order attempt)
Auto update mappings with every get order request. This is how it used to work in earlier versions before the new options became available
c. On (Updated after Ebay Sales has pushed listings - RECOMMENDED)
If you use Ebay Sales plugin to send your inventory to Ebay then this setting is recommended. Mappings will only get updated if new listings have been created on Ebay by the Ebay Sales plugin. This prevents unnessary mapping refreshes when nothing has changed. This setting adds a significant performance increase to the plugin.
Upgrade Instructions
- Delete the ebay_orders directory from your stores modules/plugins/ directory and replace it with the 1.1.5 files found in the downloadable zip file.
